Kitchen Table Capital provides private, business-purpose real estate financing. These loans are secured by non-owner-occupied single-family rental properties and made directly to the experienced real estate operators who own them. We use our own capital and work primarily within our established network.

The Kitchen Table Difference
The name is intentional. The best deals — the ones built on trust, transparency, and mutual respect — are made across a kitchen table, not in a corporate boardroom. We believe capital should flow through relationships, not pipelines.
Kitchen Table Capital LLC was formed to fund and service a small number of business-purpose loans each year, made directly to experienced real estate operators within our network. Every loan we make is funded with our own capital, held on our own books, and secured by a recorded lien on a non-owner-occupied single-family rental property. We do not pool outside funds, sell participations, or broker loans for any other party.
We understand real estate investment because we have invested in real estate ourselves. We speak the language of acquisitions, ARV, exit strategies, and cash flow — because we live it.
Our Model
How We Operate
Kitchen Table Capital funds and services its own business-purpose loans. We use our own capital. We do not solicit, pool, or hold funds from outside investors.
Every loan we make is for a business purpose, secured by a recorded lien on non-owner-occupied real estate, and made to a business entity or experienced real estate investor.
We do not accept credit card payments. All loan repayments are by ACH bank transfer.
We are not a marketplace, broker, fund, or peer-to-peer platform. We fund every deal ourselves.
We do not offer consumer loans, mortgage refinancing on primary residences, credit repair, or debt consolidation.
