Kitchen Table Capital LLC was formed to provide a structured, professionally managed vehicle for deploying real estate-backed capital to experienced investors within our network. Our primary purpose is the acquisition, management, and administrative oversight of real estate-backed debt instruments and related development projects.
We understand real estate investment because we are real estate investors. We speak the language of acquisitions, ARV, exit strategies, and cash flow — because we live it.
